What this covers

This policy explains what information Wager Games collects when you visit wager.games, book a demo, or email us, and what we do with it.

It does not cover the Wager Games products that run inside our operators’ apps. Player data in those products is processed on behalf of each operator under our agreements with them, and that operator’s privacy policy applies.

What we collect

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use this site. It records the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location (city and country), your device and browser type, and actions such as clicking “Book a demo”. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to recognize repeat visits. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address.

Demo bookings

“Book a demo” links open our scheduling page on Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address and company, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. Those links include a tag showing which part of this site you came from. Calendly’s own privacy notice also applies.

Email

If you email us, we receive your address and anything you include in your message.

Server logs

The servers that host this site keep standard request logs, including IP address, browser type and the page requested. We use them for security and troubleshooting.

This site has no accounts and no forms, and it doesn’t run advertising or ad-tracking scripts.

How we use it

• To see which pages and products interest visitors, and improve the site.
• To schedule and prepare for demos, and follow up with people who booked one.
• To reply to emails.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run these functions for us: Google Analytics, Calendly for scheduling, and the company that hosts this site. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account. We keep booking details and emails for as long as we need them to work with you, then delete them.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email hello@wager.games and we’ll respond as required by applicable law.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
